Yeah, I wish there was really something here too, but IH has been gone since 1997. During it's leadership under editor David Snow, it was one hell of a magazine. Not just about bikes and riding (although it was certainly that), but about the bottom line, about honesty, about innovation and streetwise creative genius. Full spreads of hot chops and everyday rides built by real people interspersed with quotes from the likes of William Blake, lots of DIY, and an editorial staff that had a great sense of humor and the guts to let the chips fall. There hasn't been anything like it before or since.

You can easily do a web search to pick up the threads of IH's demise, the tears in beers, and the posturing leftovers.
